Here’s an interesting little convo between myself and some people on a blog here. Some replies of mine are missing as they seem to have no courage in letting folks see them–likely because the points I made they found very embarrassing as I pointed out some truths I’m sure they found VERY uncomfortable.

They took me to task for the first post, and as can be plainly seen it is not offensive, and connotes what I consider proper Human compassion.

But some people in the Christian faith are every bit as bad as the rabidly driven islamist radicals, and the people on the blog where these posts from, some (NOT ALL) are as I described above. They’re Intolerant, petty, and very small people who cannot see beyond the faith and look at the sentiment given.

Also, they’re given to cheap and petty personal attacks.

Which proves all that needs be proven about blindered and petty they are in regards to their faith, that such a little thing as my comment can make them feel SO ‘threatened’ and such that they lash right out. If you wish to check the convo, you can follow the links and see it for yourself. I copied them directly.

Now, I have no problems with Christianity, and count more than a few Christians as friends having some Fundamentalists I can call acquaintances–live-and-let-live. They do not denigrate my Paganism, I give the same respect in kind to their branches of Cristian faith.

Then of course the ‘threat’ I made…

As can PLAINLY be seen, it was Warning, and clearly-phrased as ‘leave me alone and I’ll leave you alone’. Which was ignored. Thus, this blog entry. One Warning, is all I give, and good enough for anyone. But ‘joandarc’ just couldn’t resist attacking my faith, as a splendid example of why the Christians I know hold people of the same faith in absolute contempt, and have compared them to stains on all Christianity, doing nothing to improve how the faith is seen. I would have to agree with my Christian friends on that point.

‘Dr.’ Eowyn–I have no idea what he’s a ‘Dr.’ of and could not possibly care less at this point, demonstrates below that he’s very blindered, petty, and small. I extend a Blessing, and am asked to leave. He cannot look beyond religion and dogma, his programming won’t allow him to do so.

I pity the man, but have absolutely no like or dislike for him–he doesn’t matter enough to me for me to bother liking or disliking him.
This blog entry is to MY benefit, and make sure that my side of the story is seen with evidence supporting it. Extremists come in all forms, and I attempted to reach out, and got backhanded for th e temerity of doing so. Many Christians, fortunately, are far more tolerant and open-minded, and many times take the sentiment and overlook that it’s Pagan. I will not hide my faith, and I do not and have never asked others to hide their’s. Intolerance and extremism go hand-in-hand, and the BEST way to tell them from the Decent Christians is that a Decent Christian looks beyond the small things and doesn’t try to scare or browbeat you into converting to Christianity, such as joandarc does below to me.

I choose to overlook her insults and denigration of my faith as she speaks from blank-slate ignorance and demonstrates that she knows not one thing about Paganism–and will not even bother to look into it, likely preferring to disavow and denounce rather than put her brain in gear, open her eyes and learn something for herself. I did point out to her that there are some very surprising Commonalities that act as a bridge between Christianity and Paganism.

But, they choose not to listen. These are christianists, and like islamists they insist that ‘ONLY’ their way is right/true/etc.. That is not faith–that is Programming.

Listed below the copies of the dialogue at the bottom are other, highly informative anti-islamification blogs I recommend if you want to stay up on things regarding anti-islamification and world events in general and not risk running afoul of christianist dogma and inanity.

Mother Nature. Mankind builds nukes and puffs up his chest.
Mom detonates Hypernovas, and considers us ‘quaint’.
You see something like Sandy, and you cannot help but appreciate and respect the power and force in our world and that it’s a tiny aspect of the forces that drive the universe.

I wish only the best and brightest for those in Sandy’s path and also the favor of the God’s and Goddesses in watching over them all.

FOTM is a privately-owned Christian Conservative blog. When you comment on my blog, you are a guest, much as a guest in someone’s home. I would never and have never gone onto a pagan (or any non-Christian) blog and proselytize my Christian beliefs — out of simple respect for my host. Please take your “gods and goddesses” propaganda somewhere else.

So much for the Tolerance of Christians I’ve been speaking to muslims about. I’ll not be doing that again, to be sure, nor will I continue promoting your blog as I’ve been doing.
You see only my faith, and ignore the rest–very Limited perspective. This battle against the muzzies involves ALL non-muslims, yet even in the midst of the slow-invasion…intolerance for an Ally, due to faith, and a few words you dislike and ignored the sntiment of.
I was praising Creation, but because I didn’t do so in Your way–you cast me out.
No problems, I’m gone from here after this, and will never be returning.
Atheists, Christians, muslims…I meet hardliners and extremists in those faiths daily, and have a very nicely-armored skin.
Your blog, you’re rules, but I do pity your sadly narrow and blindered perspective, unseeing of the wider world and larger stage we all stand upon.
Also, keep this in mind, were it NOT for Paganism, Christianity would surely NOT exist in it’s present form considering all that was mis-appropriated from out faith and cultures by earlier Christians, and Paganism dates back to before the last Ice Age.
You’d think you’d have some appreciation for us, or at least a nod of respect, but sadly that is not so.
I believe there’s something in that Book about respecting Elders, but plainly it doesn’t apply to us.

You have my pity, but you’ll never again have my recognition.

Leave me be from henceforth on, and I will leave you be in like kind.

You get One Warning.
That was it.

Wow. Aren’t you the rude one. You come onto a privately-owned blog that publicly states we are Christian Conservatives. Instead of being respectful, you use FOTM’s open comment policy to spout about your pagan “deities.” And if I ask you to please not do that, you hurl the “intolerant” insult. Are all pagans as rude, arrogantly entitled, and exhibitionist as you?

Ms. Wilkins, I consider what you said, “You get One Warning,” as a threat against this blog. You bolster your opinions about paganism, yet you still do not publicize or proclaim just exactly what your system of belief entails. You are hiding behind something evil. Be advised that St. Michael the Archangel is our patron and thus, you are powerless.

The Triune God, God the Father,God the Son, Jesus, and God the Holy Spirit, One God, three Divine Persons, have never “not existed” and are not subject to time. Your claim that we should respect “paganism” as the ancient belief system is therefore ludicrous. Existence itself comes from the Triune God, the God we worship in Christianity. In order to properly proclaim creation, you must do so with an informed conscience towards the Truth, acknowledging and proclaiming that all creation comes from the Triune God. We have been given creation because of His great love for us. Accordingly, creation is not a god and is subject to the One, True God.

Tolerance has turned into a practice which motivates lukewarmness. On this blog, we proclaim the Truth of the One, True God, wherein we will never be lukewarm about our Faith and how much we love Him. As Dr. Eowyn said, you are a guest upon this blog, and you are not welcome to violate the First Commandment in our presence, which commands us not to have any false gods before us, including all of your pagan gods. Hence, we oppose you and remain intolerant of evil at all times. You cannot negotiate with evil: there is no place for tolerance when it comes to evil practices.

Ms. Wilkins, I hope that you will ultimately welcome the One, True God into your life. You are wasting time and energy otherwise. I will say a prayer for you to Jesus upon signing off from this comment that you will come back to Him.
